
1⁄2 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Vegetable ghee
1 tsp Ginger-garlic paste
1 medium egg
6 whole curry leaves
0.5 oz Grated carrot
1 oz Chopped leaks
1⁄2 tsp Chicken bullion
5 Whole curry leaves (garnish)
• Add ghee to wok on med heat
• Add ginger-garlic paste and mix
• Crack 1 egg and mix
• Add curry leaves, carrot and leaks and saute
• Add chicken bullion and saute
• Add noodles and mix till fully incorporated
• Add curry leaves on top as garnish
