1⁄2 oz White onion chopped
2 Pandan leaves whole
6 Whole curry leaves
1⁄2 tsp Ginger-garlic paste
1⁄2 tsp Meat curry powder
1⁄4 Medium tomato sliced (3 slices)
1 can 1lbs Pineapple with juice
1 tbsp Coconut milk (can or powder)
• Add pineapple with liquid from can
• Cook for 2 mins
• Add coconut milk and mix
• Cook 1 min
