1 oz Red onion chopped
1⁄2 tsp Mustard seed
1⁄2 tsp Fennel seed
1⁄4 tsp Fennugreek Seed
1⁄2 tsp Paprika
1⁄2 tsp Meat curry powder
1⁄2 Med tomato sliced
2 pandan whole leaves
6 curry leaves whole
1⁄4 tsp Salt
1 tsp Ginger-garlic paste
2 Wild caught Ahi tuna steaks (“Specially Selected”) – 8oz
1⁄2 cup Water
1⁄4 cup Coconut milk (can or powder)
• Add oil, onion and spices to pan on med heat
• Add tomato and mix
• Add curry leaves, pandan and salt and mix
• Add ginger-garlic paste and mix
• Add tuna and mix together for 2 mins
• Add water and let cook for 5 mins
• Add coconut milk
