3 tsp Black pepper
1⁄2 tsp Tumeric
1 tbsp White vinegar
1⁄2 tsp Salt
1/8 tsp Ground cinnamon
3 Whole cardamom
3 Whole cloves
3 Pandon leaves whole (2 inch)
1 cup water
1⁄2 large white onion sliced into rings
3 cloves of garlic chopped
1 large capsicum sliced
6 curry leaves chopped
1⁄2 Red chili pepper sliced (optional)
• Add spices and vinegar to a pan
• Add water to same pan
• Add pork to pan and mix
• Place on low heat and boil until water is gone
• Add garlic, onions and capsicum and curry leaves and mix
• Cook 2 mins
