1⁄2 tsp Salt
1⁄4 tsp turmeric
1⁄4 tsp Chili powder
2 tbsp Vegetable oil
1⁄4 Large white onion sliced 2 inch slices
1 Large red chili pepper sliced into 1 inch slices
2 Large capsicums sliced into 1 inch slices
1⁄2 Large green chili pepper sliced into 1 inch slices
10 Whole curry leaves
1 tsp Ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp Chili paste (Chinese)
2 tbsp Sweet and sour sauce
1 tbsp Ketchup
• Add salt, turmeric and chili powder and mix – leave aside for 20 mins
• Add oil to pan and pan fry chicken until 165F temp – med heat
• Add curry leaves, GG paste and chili paste and mix
• Add peppers and onion to pan and sauté for 2 mins
• Add sauces and mix
