Course Side Dish
Ingredients
1⁄2 tbsp Salt
2 cup Hot water
1 pkt Soy meat (110g) w/ sambur meat flavored curry packet (Lakmee brand)
1 pkt Curry packet flavor (comes in package)
1 tbsp Vegetable oil
2 oz White chopped onion
2 whole pandan leaves
5 whole curry leaves
1⁄2 Medium tomato sliced
1 tbsp GG paste
1 cup Water
2 tbsp Coconut milk (can or powder)
Instructions
• Add soy meat to hot water with salt and let defrost for 10 mins
• Rinse water and squeeze excess water from meat chunks
• Add curry packet mix (full packet) to meat and mix
• Add oil to pan, add onion and tomato and sauté
• Add GG paste, curry leaves and pandan leaves and sauté
• Add soy meat and mix and stir fry for 5 mins
• Add Water and let cook for 3 mins
• Add coconut milk
