Chilli Garlic Fried rice

This chilli garlic fried rice recipe is an Indo-Chinese style recipe – an Indian twist to Chinese fried rice by adding lots of garlic and chili paste.

Ingredients
  

1 tsp Vegetable ghee

1 tsp GG paste

1 Large egg

1 oz Leaks chopped

0.5 oz Carrots grated

1⁄2 tsp Chicken bullion

1 cup Cooked white rice

5 whole curry leaves

1 tsp Chili paste (chineese)

2 whole cloves of garlic chopped

Instructions
 

• Add ghee and GG paste to wok on med heat

• Crack 1 egg and scramble

• Add veges, chicken bullion, chopped garlic and curry leaves and sauté

• Add chili paste and saute

• Add white rice and mix
