Prawn Nasi Goreng
This is another favorite of mine. This is Indonesian fried rice with shrimp. You will love the flavors. Enjoy Smiling Islander’s take on Nasi Goreng.

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 6 large Shrimp with tail - peeled
- 1 medium Egg
- 0.5 oz Frozen peas (pre-cooked)
- 0.5 oz Frozen green beans cut (pre-cooked)
- 10 oz Cooked white rice
- 1//2 packet Nasi goreng paste
- 1/4 tsp Salt
Instructions
- Cook white rice - can be made same day as this dish
- Add oil to wok on med heat
- Add ¼ tsp salt to shrimp and add to wok and saute
- Crack 1 egg and add to wok and saute
- Add peas and beans and mix till tender
- Add rice and mix
- Add paste and mix till fully incorporated
